Dr. Wanda Díaz Merced has a bachelor’s degree in Science and Physics from the University of Puerto Rico in Río Piedras and a doctor of philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from the University of Glasgow, in the United Kingdom. Her specialty focuses on machine learning, auditory salience, large-scale data (Big Data), human-computer interactions (HCI), extended data mining, and research diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
