The Strategic and Tactical Digital Engineering Conference (STRATDEC) 2025 is a three-day event presented by APL that brings together Department of Defense (DoD) community stakeholders to advance digital engineering for the development and deployment of strategic and tactical weapons systems. Developers and practitioners are invited to attend and share best practices, tools, and capabilities, and strengthen relationships and partnerships across the DoD community of government and industry stakeholders.

Advancements in biomanufacturing and biotechnology drive the science we need to thrive, everything from apples to vaccines. The Cyberbiosecurity Summit 2025 convenes leading experts in biotechnology, biosecurity, and cybersecurity to explore the intersection of these fields and discuss the strategies to create a safe, secure future for us all. This event is hosted by the Bioeconomy Information Sharing and Analysis Center (BIO-ISAC) and APL.

The fourth annual Parker Solar Probe conference, Parker Four, will be held at Johns Hopkins APL in Laurel, Maryland, from May 5 to 9, 2025. Open to the entire community, this conference will highlight discoveries from all solar encounters, including data from Parker Solar Probe’s closest approach on December 24, 2024. Contributions from other space missions and ground-based observatories are also welcome. We invite abstracts from the solar, heliospheric, and plasma physics communities, encompassing theory, simulations, data analysis, and coordinated observations. Presentation formats include oral, poster, and splinter sessions. Abstracts can be submitted before registering. Abstracts are due March 1, 2025. The registration deadline is April 1, 2025.
